Outreach Support
Upwards Support offers an outreach service to young people living in supported and Independent accommodation. This service can be individually tailored for the needs of each young person, teaching life skills to live independently and participate fully within the community and society. Our service offers support and establish routines and boundaries that can benefit parents and/or carers who are struggling to manage.
This service can be easily adapted. The outreach support service enables preventative interventions which can avert the breakdown of foster placement or family units.
For those young people that require additional support due to challenging behaviour and gang affiliation we offer 24 hour support, and 1:1 and 2:1 packages of care.
We provide outreach support for children and young people who either are residing with a provider, or in their own accommodation. We offer a bespoke service which consist of the following

- Out of hours support service (24 hours)
- Providing independent living skills which the provider may not offer.
- Providing support in their own accommodation
- Packages of support for unaccompanied asylum seeking young people, and provide community based parent and baby support for young parents.
